I seriously love adding beans into any recipe that I can, they just work great for making something last longer. Needless to say my husband hates black beans...and I had a can I'd been attempting to sneak into something for a month. Hence the bean dip I made this afternoon. If you want you could also add a little sour cream and diced tomato...I just didn't happen to have any lying around. Even without that it turned out dang good. Then again, I'll eat anything with Tobasco in it.
Black Bean Dip
1 15oz can of black beans(mostly drained)
7 dashes of Tobasco sauce
1/4 tsp taco seasoning
1/4 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garlic
2 tbsp red onion
salt
Add all ingredients into a food processor and pulse until smooth.
