I honestly can't think of any one positive event that stands out today. There was nothing overly negative. But as usual, it was just a regular mundane day, not in a bad way of course. Mundane is always better than dramatic and eventful. I thrive on daily schedules.
Wait that does remind me. While I do thrive on a good schedule [I honestly had my day mapped out by the hour in college] today's twist in schedule left me with an unexpected down time. Just enough down time to get together a reading strategies lesson for tomorrow and hang up/put together my homemade bulletin board. Our rooms have a partition for a wall, some rooms have two partition walls. This does not make for teacher friendly outlets and wall space. Therefore I made a makeshift board by hanging a tri-fold cardboard display board on the wall and jazzing it up with junk.
I'll leave you with my favorite bible verse, especially since it is a 31. I need to practice my scripture memory before S.S.M.T. rolls around in January.
She clothes herself in strength and dignity, and will rejoice in time to come. She opens her mouth with wisdom and on her tongue is the law of kindness. Proverbs 31:25-26
