[What is Meal Pinning Monday?]
MPM is how I meal plan for our little family. I once spent a lot of time searching the web and my recipe books hunting for new recipes and ideas for what to cook every week. Then, Pinterest came along and made meal planning much easier for me. Every weekend I look over what I have pinned the prior week and decide what I would like to cook and make my grocery list from these recipes. MPM came about as a way to share what I'm cooking, and to also see what others are cooking every week to hopefully get even more dinner ideas from other bloggers. If you don't pin your recipes feel free to just share what you are cooking, the more meal ideas the better.
I really thought we'd be past this chicken by now, but honestly we are eating it again for dinner tonight, yes we even had people over to share in the never ending chicken that turned into the now never ending pasta...and we still have enough for dinner. Good thing it tastes good.
But instead of just telling you about this chicken how about I share the chicken I planned to actually cook tonight that is being postponed to tomorrow night. Sound good?

What am I changing on this recipe to make it cheaper? Not much, I'm just using the chicken thighs we have in the freezer already. It is already a pretty cheap and low cost ingredient meal, and I honestly can't wait to cook it!
For the previous weeks meals // week 1
I have one last request from y'all today - will you please pray for Julee Turner and her precious daughter Preslee, she lost her husband Matt Saturday night in a car accident. I can't imagine what they are going through, but I just pray that God will comfort her and protect her through all of this.
