The second week added in real life busy. Not my favorite kind of life. I'm more of the chill out kind of gal. Fingers crossed this week has zero hiccups.
[What is Meal Pinning Monday?]
MPM is how I meal plan for our little family. I once spent a lot of time searching the web and my recipe books hunting for new recipes and ideas for what to cook every week. Then, Pinterest came along and made meal planning much easier for me. Every weekend I look over what I have pinned the prior week and decide what I would like to cook and make my grocery list from these recipes. MPM came about as a way to share what I am cooking, and to also see what others are cooking every week to hopefully get even more dinner ideas from other bloggers. If you don't pin your recipes feel free to just share what you are cooking.
Monday - Burrito Bowls we didn't get to yesterday. (salsa chicken, pepper and onions, avocado, rice, sour cream, and cheese)
Tuesday - Chicken with Parmesan Zucchini & Corn
Wednesday - Poppy Seed Chicken with Rice and Broccoli
Thursday - Leftovers
Saturday - leftovers
Sunday - Korean Pot-sticker Stir-fry (short cut - frozen stir-fry veggies)
Breakfast - Fage yogurt with a banana, 1/2 frozen blueberries, 1 tbsp raw honey, and a 1/4 cup Pumpkin Flax Granola
Lunch - Salad with strawberries, goat cheese, walnuts, cucumber, rotisserie chicken, and balsamic dressing
Snack - RX bar (I'm having issues getting enough calories in a day without making my heartburn insane from feeling stuffed. 3rd tri woes, need to eat but no room)
