Meal Planning Monday

New resolution... cook one thing a week that is remotely fun and not just basic meat and veg. 

This week I picked, it's the best Poppyseed Chicken on earth. 


Monday | Leftover Prime Rib from V-Day (Ina Garten is the best recipe on earth)

Tuesday | Asian Beef and Stir-fry Veggies

Wednesday | Chicken, Potatoes, Broccoli

Thursday | Grilled Chicken, Birdseye Alfredo Veggie Pasta and Green Beans

Friday | Beef, Asparagus, Potatoes

Saturday | Eating out

Sunday | I'm on my own so there's a hot chance I'm driving to Chicken Salad Chick for my birthday... alone. And yes I'm salty about this. (my birthday is Monday and who has time to celebrate during the week.)

Breakfast | My favorite smoothie. 

Lunch | Rotisserie Chicken, Roasted Broccoli, Bird's Eye Steamable Veggie Pasta

Snacks | Atkin's Peanut Butter Cup (for low carb days)
