No, I have found alternatives that I sneak in.
But let’s start at the beginning.
When I was pregnant with my first, I read that they could taste certain flavors in your amniotic fluid … so I ate a variety of things to expose the baby to flavor.

** Side note: he recently started eating more foods. I presented him with yogurt one day... ate it. Apples, cheese sticks, the lot. It's not a ton but it is something different (or back to what he use to eat) and that's what matters.
